Zetex Constellation 610 Range

The Zetex Constellation 610 Carpet Tile Range offer a premium flooring solution engineered for demanding commercial environments. Constructed with a tufted loop pile and made from 100% solution-dyed nylon (SDN), these tiles deliver outstanding durability, colour stability, and long-lasting performance.

With a pile weight of 600 g/m² and a pile height of 3.5 mm, the Constellation range provides a comfortable yet resilient underfoot feel. Each tile features a robust Reflex backing together with a PA/PES Colback primary backing, giving the product a total weight of 4200 g/m². The tiles are supplied in a practical 50 cm × 50 cm format, with 20 tiles per box, providing 5 m² of coverage. Rated to EN 1307 Class 33, they are fully suited for heavy commercial use.

Performance-tested for reliability, Constellation tiles achieve an EN ISO 9239-1 Bfl–s1 fire rating, a Castor Chair grade A for continuous use, and strong results in abrasion and Vettermann tests. Their anti-static properties are excellent as well, with a walk-on test result of -0.1 kV, making them ideal for office and technology-heavy spaces.

Designed to maintain their appearance even under challenging conditions, the tiles boast impressive colourfastness: ISO 105 B02 > 5.0 for light exposure, ISO 105 X12 4.5–5.0 for rubbing, and ISO 105 E01 5.0 for water resistance.
